
Holly (miniature), watercolor, 2.25″ x 3.25″
Beside the pier near my father’s house is a tall holly tree. As the cold weather has killed off all but the hardiest of flowers here, these shiny leaves and berries stand out as a bright spot of color in the landscape.

How pretty this would be mounted inside a dark tan (brown-paper-bag-colored) matting! It really would go in a rustic setting, wouldn’t it!
