So often we hear that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, so my post for Valentine’s Day is “Pots and Pans,” a composition from my kitchen.
My husband is an admirer of my cooking. He starts getting excited about eating when he smells dinner cooking, which can be a drawback if it is a dish that requires a long cooking time, like beef stew. Often cooking begins with one of his favorite smells, sauteed garlic and onions. Although I like cooking because it is a time I can be creative, it is also very nice to be well-appreciated.
So, what’s for dinner tonight?
